The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and nice. The location is marvelous, being close to restaurants, cafes, downtown Buffalo, and beautifully decorated common areas.

The hotel was located close to restaurants, cafes, and shops in the city center. The staff were very amiable and amicable. The room was soundproof, and the beds were very comfy. It was 2 miles away from a historic house.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the location was spot on, with everything I needed just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the restaurants and explore the city center. Secondly, the attention to detail in the hotel was impressive. From the creative common spaces to the nicely renovated rooms, the owners have certainly put a lot of thought into making it aesthetically pleasing. And lastly, the value for money was outstanding. With the affordable prices and the basic amenities provided, I definitely got more than I paid for.

All in all, my stay was absolutely fine.

The total stay was really great during a recent business trip. We enjoyed rooms for a dresser. It was nice having central heating, multi-channel television, coffee and tea making facilities. The location was UNBEATABLE, so close to Buffalo for a football game. Furthermore, purely in residential area.

We had a fantastic stay at Edward! The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotless, and we appreciated how cozy and updated the room was. The self-check-in system was super easy, and the instructions provided by Erin were clear and helpful. The area felt safe, and we were able to walk around without any concerns. The hotel's location was perfect for our visit to the Albright and F.L Wright House. we had a quiet and comfortable experience.

While our stay at Edward was mostly great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. we would have liked to have more garbage cans in the room instead of just one tiny one by the coffee machine.

The suite I stayed in was well-equipped with a dresser and complimentary beverages and snacks. The decor was lovely and the location was perfect, near beautifully decorated common areas, downtown Buffalo, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Everything was great and I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Buffalo.

The availability of toiletries, including ample amounts of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, was a pleasant surprise. The common areas were well-maintained and even offered a selection of tea, coffee, organic granola bars, and popcorn, which was a nice touch. The smart TV with accounts for various streaming platforms provided ample entertainment options. I had a wonderful experience at The Edward Buffalo and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is a great value for money! The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the location is perfect – it's close to everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in my stay.
